

Following the customary Monday morning briefing, the ECOWAS Multinational Maritime Coordination Centre (MMCC) Zone F held a luncheon to bid farewell to outgoing local staff members and officially welcome newly assigned personnel.
During the gathering, the Director, Navy Captain Daniel Gnamien Ehu, expressed his sincere appreciation to the outgoing local staff for their dedication, professionalism, and hard work, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to keeping the Centre operational and effective over the years. He wished them success in their future endeavours.
Addressing the newly posted staff, the Director encouraged them to remain committed, disciplined, and hardworking as they take up their new responsibilities. He urged them to build on the Centre’s achievements and work together to further strengthen MMCC Zone F’s mission of enhancing maritime security and regional cooperation.
The Director further announced that a report on the outgoing local staff would be submitted to the Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security (CPAPS), H.E. Dr. Abdel-Fatau Musah. He added that Certificates of Service, duly signed by the relevant authorities, would be presented to the departing staff in recognition of their dedicated service during the Centre’s Annual Retreat scheduled for December.
The luncheon provided an opportunity for staff to interact in a warm and friendly atmosphere while celebrating the contributions of departing colleagues and warmly welcoming the newest members of the MMCC Zone F family.
