The SeaVision training for Obangame Express 2026 commenced today, Monday 20 April 2026, at MMCC Zone F as part of the Exercise Training Phase. Participants included seventeen personnel from MMCC Zone F and the Ghana Navy, mainly operators, as well as Liaison Officers (LNOs) from Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, and Sierra Leone with MOCs across the Zone joining the session virtually via Microsoft Teams. The training is being facilitated by personnel from the United States Navy and the United States Department of Transportation. The training is aimed at preparing operators for Obangame Express 2026, which begins on 26 April 2026. The knowledge gained is also expected to enhance operational effectiveness beyond the conduct of the exercise
